In 2022, I made the bold move to Athens with no clear path ahead. Spending six months in Nikaia and another six in Tavros, a profound realization dawned on me—Greece was where I truly belonged. Along the way, I uncovered hidden gems for the best groceries and local produce, and my understanding of the country deepened. To those feeling lost or uncertain about the future, my advice is simple: take a chance, explore the unknown. You might just unearth your true calling in life

Did you know that in Greece, people usually prefer to buy their groceries from local markets instead of supermarkets? It's not that supermarkets are too expensive; it's just that buying fresh meat from a butcher and fruits and veggies from an open-air market known as a "Laiki" is part of the Greek culture. It's an amazing experience and one of the best ways to support local businesses!
